Monday – Thursday 9am to 3pm OR 4pm to 10pm
$10 per person $500 minimum
Friday/Sunday All day access until Midnight
$2500 (5 hour event time)
Saturday All day access until Midnight
$4000 (5 hour event time)
All rental package times are inclusive of any set up and teardown necessary.
You may purchase additional time for set up, teardown, event or ceremony for $500 per hour.
All Rental packages include:
Tables and Chairs plus set up and teardown
All Necessary Linens (basic cotton) –Specialty linens are an additional fee

Bar Packages
Clients will be able to bring in their own alcohol, but must contract a security guard at $30 per hour through Black on Burlington while alcohol is being served. Black on Burlington will provide your bartenders for $150 each (1 per 100 guests or more if you prefer). We will provide soft drinks as well as tonic and club soda for $2.00 per guest.
